There is a huge selection of kosher restaurants in London – from prestigious chef restaurants, through restaurants offering Israeli, Asian, Italian, burgers to pizzerias and fast food. There are also plenty of kosher bakeries in London and shops with strictly kosher food.
Most of the kosher restaurants in London are concentrated in the Jewish area of the north of the city, especially in the Golders Green neighborhood. But there is also plenty of kosher food in Stamford Hill, and today you can also find a selection of kosher restaurants in Hampstead and in suburban neighborhoods such as Edgware, Borehamwood and more.
In central London – the Oxford area, several kosher restaurants have opened in recent years, and there is also kosher food (mainly sandwiches and packaged products) in the large supermarket chains.

Don’t miss a visit to the Tower of London – one of the most famous sites in London. It includes the famous prison, the amazing Crown Jewels exhibition, the Museum of the History of the Tower, Henry VIII’s Armory and more.
Throughout the day, actors roam the place, portraying interesting characters who lived in the tower. The soldiers of the King’s Guard in their red uniforms are also in the tower, in addition to the castle guards – Yeoman Warders, who are dressed in their own special uniforms.
It is worth booking tickets in advance to avoid the crazy queue at the entrance. It is also recommended to go first thing directly to the sought-after jewelry display, which has a separate one.

Best apartments in the Jewish area in North London
Families coming on vacation in London are advised to choose to stay in an apartment instead of a hotel:
The price of one spacious apartment will usually be cheaper for a family than several rooms in a hotel, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and the possibility to cook the children’s favorite food by yourself (it is also economical) and sometimes the apartment even has a washing machine. And in general, it is more convenient to stay with children in an apartment in terms of space.
I have collected for you a list of beautiful and recommended apartments in London, in the Jewish area. Most of the apartments are especially suitable for those who observe Shabbat and are kosher and are located close to synagogues and kosher restaurants.
