Montenegro is a young, small and beautiful country in the Balkans, located near the Adriatic coast.
Montenegro has a tiny Jewish community. In 2017, a Chabad house was founded in the capital Podgorica, headed by Rabbi Eidelkop, and thus it is possible to obtain some kosher food in Montenegro. In the past year, another Chabad house was opened in Montenegro in the coastal city of Budva and it operates a kosher restaurant there.
