There are no kosher hotels in Dubai, but there are hotels that offer a kosher breakfast. In addition, within of some hotels in Dubai, there are kosher restaurants.
In addition, the Chabad House of United Arab Emirates offers prayers and meals every Saturday at the Address Dubai Marina hotel.

Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City
5-star hotel at an attractive price in the downtown area of central Dubai. The hotel has no less than 3 swimming pools, a Fitness Center and Spa.
The hotel rooms are luxurious and spacious and feature a safe, minibar, electric kettle and coffee maker.

The hotel offers a Mehadrin Kosher breakfast. The meal is kosher under the EAKC supervision of Rabbi Levy Duchman, a Chabad emissary to the United Arab Emirates.
The kosher breakfasts are open to everyone, independent and groups alike, including guests outside the hotel.
The kosher breakfasts are cooked by the hotel chef and served in a separate kosher dining room from 06:30 to 10:30.
No need to coordinate in advance. Arrive at the place and pay 100 dirhams per person (for hotel guests. For non-hotel guests the cost of the meal is 150 dirhams) for a kosher and excellent meal.
Also, hotel guests can order a strictly kosher room service throughout the day. Just call room service and find out what the kosher dishes are.
Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Mall
4-star hotel in the Al Barsha area, near the Emirates Mall (less than a 10-minute walk)
The hotel has a swimming pool and gym.
Rooms are beautiful and modern, with coffee / tea makers and a minibar.

Excellent 5-star hotel (score 9.2 on Booking!) connected to the mall and the Dubai Marina.
The hotel has 2 swimming pools, including an amazing pool with an infinity edge, a gym and a spa. It also includes a playroom with a children’s club, a billiards room and more.
The rooms are luxurious and include a minibar and a coffee machine. Even the price is attractive.

Jumeirah Creekside Hotel
A great 5 star hotel in the Dubai Canal area and close to the airport.

The hotel has a new kosher restaurant, called “The Kosher Place”, under the supervision of Rabbi Duchman, the Chief Rabbinate of the United Arab Emirates.
InterContinental Dubai Festival City
A luxurious 5-star hotel in the Festival City area, overlooking the Dubai Canal.
The hotel is connected to the Festival City shopping center and includes 2 swimming pools, a spa and a gym.
On the grounds of the hotel is the King David kosher restaurant, which offers rich breakfast and dinner meals in an Israeli buffet style. The restaurant also offers Shabbat and holiday meals, and is strictly kosher under the supervision of Rav Rotenberg and Rabbi Aharon HaCohen.
Armani Hotel Dubai
An excellent 5 star hotel and super luxurious (score 9 in Booking!), Located in the famous Burj Khalifa in Dubai.
The elegant hotel overlooks the views of the marina, canals and skyscrapers of Dubai. It features a gym and a luxurious wellness and spa center offering a variety of treatments. There are no less than 7 restaurants in the hotel, including the kosher and prestigious Armani restaurant, under the supervision of EAKC.
