There isn’t much kosher food in Portugal, and the little that is available is found mainly in the major cities of Porto and Lisbon.
There, one can find a few kosher shops, a Chabad House, and outlets selling kosher food.

Shabbat meals with the Jewish community in Lisbon

The Jewish community in Lisbon offers a Shabbat dinner (Friday evening) at the “Shaaré Tikva” Synagogue following the evening prayers, participation requires payment and advance registration.
To attend, please register via the community’s website no later than 18:00 on Thursday.

Chabad House Lisbon

The Chabad House of Lisbon is located in Cascais—an upscale seaside suburb of Lisbon and is managed by Rabbi Eli Rosenfeld.
The Chabad House is active on Shabbat and holidays, Shabbat meals are held twice a month and are open to those who register in advance.
You can also order kosher takeaway food from the Chabad House (at least 24 hours in advance).
