A high quality meat restaurant serving home Jewish food. Prices are relatively high because of the attractive location (right next to Madame Toso’s wax museum).

The famous department store on Oxford Street has a small corner for kosher food. On the entrance floor, in the Foodhall Food complex, there is a bakery bakery where you can get kosher pastries for Mehadrin – challah, bagels, cakes and packed cookies (you have to ask which the pastries are kosher).
Also, there is a small refrigerator with a “Gefen” kosher grape juice, and a variety of kosher sandwiches with sausage and the like.
The kosher corner is in in the food hall, on the right.
- Even at a regular supermarket in central London you can sometimes find kosher food shelves. In particular in TESCO or Sainsbury writers and on the lower floor of Marx & Spencer.

Accommodation in London
There are many accommodation options in London in a wide range of prices.
Most of the kosher hotels are in the Jewish neighborhoods in the north of the city. It is very convenient to stay there, close to synagogues and kosher restaurants, although you have to take into account travel to most of the sites in the city centre (the public transport in London is excellent).
Kosher hotels in the Jewish area of North London - Golders Green
NOX Golders Green Hotel
An excellent, state-of-the-art and modern apartment hotel. A clean and well-kept place with a very kind staff. An ideal location for kosher Observant in London – Golders Green Centre, close to kosher shops and restaurants and a Chabad house. Also close to public transportation.
The apartments include a fully equipped kitchen (including a coffee machine!)Shabbat: On Shabbat, the hotel provides a standard mechanical key (not a digital card) to observant guests. The main hotel door opens electrically, but the staff is aware of the problem and opens it for the guests. They provide a Shabbat platter upon request.
Tip: The rooms are relatively small, so it is recommended that a couple book a room for three.
Croft Court Hotel
A kosher hotel in London, cozy and simple in the Golders Green neighborhood, next to the train station. Free private parking. The hotel offers a strictly kosher breakfast. Simple and clean rooms. Comfortable beds.
Shabbat: The hotel is absolutely adapted to Shabbat-observants, from a candle-lighting facility in the dining room to Shabbat meals (by prior arrangement). The hotel provides mechanical keys, 24 hour hot water, tea and coffee. The hotel is located in the Iroub area and close to local synagogues.
OYO Central Hotel Golders Green
A simple and nice hotel without pretensions, at a cheap price and a good value for the price. Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the train station, and a simple breakfast.
King Solomon Hotel
A mid-level kosher hotel in the Golders Green neighborhood in London.
There is no kosher supervisor on site but the products are kosher.
Very simple and quite old, and the only advantage is the excellent location in the heart of the Golders Green neighborhood.

The Pillar Hotel
A strictly kosher hotel in London in the Hendon neighborhood next to the Golders Green neighborhood, a charming and well-kept neighborhood in the Jewish area of London.
This is an excellent hotel with a modern and warm design, with a kosher and generous breakfast (rare!).
There are several synagogues close to the hotel, and it is within walking distance of the Hendon subway station, and several bus stops from Golders Green.Suitable for Shabbat Observers: the hotel offers Shabbat meals (for a fee) in the hotel’s dining room. In the area there are a variety of synagogues for prayers in all versions and denominations.
The Hide London
Regular (non-kosher) 4-star hotel in the Hendon neighborhood, a short walk from kosher restaurants and shops.
The hotel is in a great location, 2 minutes from the subway station, very close to Brent Cross Mall. There is also an adjacent parking lot.
The rooms are air-conditioned and include a minibar, electric kettle and coffee/tea making facilities.
For Shabbat Observers: The hotel staff assists and opens the front door on Shabbat for the guests. Close to synagogues and kosher shops.
Kosher hotel in Stamford Hill
Park Avenue Hotel
A very simple and basic small hotel in the orthodox Stamford Hill neighborhood. Close to kosher shops and synagogues. Jewish ownership.
On the premises of the hotel there is a strictly kosher meat restaurant – the Asado restaurant.
Relatively inexpensive (but the level accordingly). It is a short walk from the train station.
Recommended hotels in central London
In the middle of the week, many will prefer to choose a hotel in the centre of London, close to most of the sites and attractions of the city.
There is no kosher hotel in London in the central area. But you can choose a recommended hotel or an apartment in central London. Pray in one of the synagogues in the city centre (praying in the synagogue in Weis Marks is a special experience) and enjoy everything London has to offer.
The following hotels are in central London. These are recommended hotels near the synagogues and kosher restaurants in London, and some of them are also suitable for Shabbat observers.
Royal Lancaster London
5-star deluxe hotel in a central location close to Hyde Park, close to a central train station. The hotel is about fifteen minutes’ walk from the Western Marble Arch Synagogue.
The hotel offers amenities such as a gym, luxurious, air-conditioned rooms with a mini-bar and coffee/tea making facilities.

Astor Court Hotel
A hotel in the centre of London, 5 minutes’ walk to Oxford Street, and a minute’s walk from the Central Synagogue. New, clean and pleasant rooms. recommended!
Melia White House Hotel
A hotel in an excellent location in the heart of London, close to Regent’s Park. Kind and welcoming staff. Modern style rooms, including beds with luxury linens.
The Central Synagogue is a fifteen-minute walk away. Bloomsbury Chabad House at an 18-minute walk.
Holmes Hotel London
An old English hotel in the centre of London, close to Regent’s Park and of course the “home of Sherlock Holmes”.
The hotel provides kosher meals to guests upon request. You can contact the hotel after booking to receive the kosher menu and order from it. The kosher dishes will arrive at the hotel on the day they were ordered. In addition, a courteous staff aware of the needs of Shabbat observers.
The hotel is a 3-minute walk from Rubens Hachshara restaurant. The Western Marble Arch and Central synagogues are a fifteen-minute walk away. Bloomsbury Chabad House at an 18-minute walk.
The Savoy
The most famous luxury hotel in the world is in the heart of the City of London. The elegant Savoy Hotel opened over a century ago, and still maintains its status as the most prestigious hotel in London. The luxurious rooms are decorated in Edwardian or Art Deco style, and blend comfort and elegance with discreet technology. Many rooms overlook breathtaking views of the River Thames.
For kosher Observers: The Savoy Hotel provides its guests with strictly kosher meals through an external provider in Beth-Din London kosher. All dishes are served on porcelain dishes with cutlery, and come in a double wrap for kosher reasons with relevant instructions for heating. In addition, the hotel offers a selection of kosher sandwiches for the traditional “afternoon tea”.
Ordering the kosher dishes requires payment in advance for delivery, in addition to payment for the ordered items. It is recommended to order the kosher food no later than 72 hours in advance.
The Sumner Hotel
A small boutique hotel in an excellent location, 5 minutes’ walk from Hyde Park and the famous Oxford Street.
For Shabbat Observers: Rooms with a regular key, the hotel staff is aware of the needs of Shabbat Observers and helps open the front door. The Western Marble Arch Synagogue is a 2-minute walk away. Bloomsbury Chabad House at a 22-minute walk.
Tip: It is recommended to book a room on the first floor, as there is no elevator for all floors sandwiches for the traditional “afternoon tea”.

Churchill Hotel Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill
An excellent 5-star hotel in the Hyde Park area.
The hotel is right next to the Marble Arch train station – 200 meters away. It offers spacious, air-conditioned rooms with facilities for making coffee/tea (electric kettle), mini-fridge, and more.
Very close to the WESTERN MARBLE ARCH SYNAGOGUE – 4 minutes walk.

Excellent 4 star hotel in central London. Excellent location – close to a central train station, close to “Little Venice”. A 20-minute walk from Oxford Street.
The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and a gym. Recommended from personal experience.
Relatively large rooms with mini-bar, electric kettle and safe.
Especially suitable for families: family rooms, play area, baby equipment and more.
The Hoxton
A great and inexpensive 4-star hotel in an excellent location in central London, close to Covent Garden.
The hotel rooms are renovated in a modern design and include a safe, refrigerator, electric kettle and coffee/tea making facilities.
Highly recommended!
St Giles London
A recommended hotel in an excellent location in the centre of London, close to an underground station and close to Oxford Street. Attractive price, clean and well-equipped rooms and courteous staff. The hotel is about a quarter of an hour’s walk from the Chabad House and the Central Synagogue
The Piccadilly London West End
A great 5-star hotel in a perfect location in the heart of London. 5 minutes from Leicester Square, close to most sites and attractions.
The hotel includes a gym and a health and spa centre . The rooms are air-conditioned and include a minibar, a safe and an electric kettle. Suitable for the disabled.

For Shabbat Observant: entry to the apartment and building is with a normal key.
Best apartments in the Jewish area in North London
Families coming on vacation in London are advised to choose to stay in an apartment instead of a hotel:
The price of one spacious apartment will usually be cheaper for a family than several rooms in a hotel, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and the possibility to cook the children’s favorite food by yourself (it is also economical) and sometimes the apartment even has a washing machine. And in general, it is more convenient to stay with children in an apartment in terms of space.
